About Guy
Guy Robinson is a commercial photographer and director based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Guy graduated from Victoria University with a Law Degree, but chose to follow his passion for photography. After a couple of years assisting top photographers Guy transitioned into full time shooting.
With twenty plus years of experience Guy works in a confident, relaxed manner. Whether working with professional talent, a CEO or disadvantaged youth Guy clicks with people. The enjoyment of his craft and passion for people means he delivers great imagery and his commercial sense helps clients achieve a competitive advantage with a strong, unique image library.
Guy’s impressive portfolio includes a diverse range of work: photography assignments for advertising, design, television and film companies including the BBC and Weta Digital. An interest in minimalism in his personal portfolio completes the three strands of his talent: people, composition and light.
